Our stay at The Jaffa was magnificent. The staff, especially Mohammed at the reception, made us feel like VIPs. They parked our car and ensured that anything we needed was delivered promptly. The hotel design is beautiful, the pool is relaxing, and the atmosphere is luxurious. The staff, including Luciano, went above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. We received a surprise upgrade to a sea view room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

Felt at home instantly, no complaints at all.

The hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and a tasty breakfast, including vegan options. The location was optimal, with easy access to nearby restaurants, nightlife, and a museum within walking distance. The gym was also impressive, offering a variety of equipment and ample space for exercising.

I would have appreciated more salad options at breakfast, especially undressed greens. Additionally, the street noise was a bit too loud at night.

Expensive breakfast with too much variety and not enough guests. Clean hotel, wonderful staff, and great location. Beautiful building. Magical atmosphere, stylish design, and incredible attention to detail. Very polite and attentive staff. Comfortable, clean, and well-designed rooms. Impressive historical wing and suite. Lovely Chapel Bar. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Meni. Good food and wine at Don Camillo restaurant. Perfectly located in the center, surrounded by local attractions. Enjoyed the stay and hope to visit again.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area, with beautiful surroundings and a stunning building. The staff at the hotel are polite and attentive, always ready to assist the guests. The rooms are well-maintained and offer a comfortable stay.

Some guests complained about the noise levels in certain parts of the hotel, which can be disruptive, especially for those with young children.

Our stay was truly magnificent thanks to a member of the reception staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel staff took care of parking our car upon arrival, relieving us of any worries. We were able to enjoy the pool and relax, knowing that anything we needed from our car would be promptly delivered to us, thanks to the exceptional service provided by this staff member. Their attentiveness and dedication made us feel like VIPs in a luxury hotel. On the day of our check-out, we were pleasantly surprised with a gift from the hotel and an apology letter in Arabic, addressed to us for a minor delay caused by a mix-up with our luggage.

    Can't think of anything.

This hotel oozes luxury and exclusivity. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like royalty and fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a true haven of relaxation, complete with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and massage services. the beauty treatments, including the manicure and facial, were particularly outstanding. the sun terrace and garden area provided a serene escape from the bustling city. The restaurant was exceptional with delicious in-room breakfast and a breathtakingly beautiful outdoor dining area. Cons: the only downside during my stay was the small issue of street noise, but it was just a minor inconvenience compared to all the amazing things this hotel has to offer.

During my recent stay at The Jaffa, I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP, taking care of all my needs and ensuring my stay was truly magnificent. The beautiful building and prime location added to the overall experience, making it a perfect choice for luxury accommodation. The attention to detail was evident, with small gestures like fruit, cookies, and chocolates left in my room each day. The handcrafted juices and classic music on the terrace during breakfast created a delightful ambiance. The swimming pool was spacious and welcoming, perfect for relaxing on warm evenings. I must mention Mohammed from the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was truly special. He even gave me a luxury perfume as a parting gift and apologized for any inconvenience I had experienced. I highly recommend The Jaffa, a truly luxurious hotel experience.
